During my recent stay at a hotel in Vicenza, we were delighted with the convenient location. The hotel is situated right next to the bus area, making it incredibly easy to find and access. No more dragging luggage around in search of our accommodation. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near a main ferry stop, allowing us to effortlessly explore Venice via vaporetto. Furthermore, the Santa Lucia train station is within easy walking distance, making it convenient for further travel.

This place was nice enough, very modern, clean and plenty of parking. It is a bit out, but it is a straight drive to the center where we found street parking. Make sure you have directions as GPS is a problem in the area due to a military base.

Granted, Italy was having a heat wave, but our room was like a furnace, seriously, I have never been in a hotter room in my life. We had to leave the window open, which hardly helped, as this created a noise issue as it is on a main traffic artery. Oh and there were bats circling outside, ntot he hotel's fault, but leaving the window open was not optimal. We could not control the AC from our room, and the hallway was horrible as well, but alas the lobby and elevators were freezing cold. What? We should have taken our pillows to the lobby and slept there. I understand trying to save money (and the environment) but this was absurd, if you can cool the lobby and elevators why not put everyone on one floor and cool that one floor as well as the public spaces? There were only a few cars in the lot, so not even close to full. No sleep for us, we couldn't wait to get out and won't stay again. Also, Vicenza is a technology hub, no way a business hotel in this area should be charging egregious internet fees.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Well designed. There is a free minibar, so you always have beverages without worrying too much about additional costs. There is a small gym with steam bath which is open 24 hours. So you can access it any time. It is small but comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good with a fair selection. I highly recommend this hotel

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Vicenza and had a wonderful experience. The location of this place in the Santa Croce neighborhood was perfect, as it was in a commercial area and quite far from the city center. The hotel itself was on the outskirts of Vicenza and conveniently located near the autostrada. The service room service was exceptional, with prompt and efficient staff attending to my needs. The dry cleaning service was also top-notch, ensuring my clothes were always fresh and clean. In addition, the 24-hour room service was a great convenience, allowing me to order anything I needed at any time. The bell staff and porter were helpful in carrying my luggage and making my stay comfortable. The housekeeping service was excellent, keeping my room neat and tidy throughout my stay. Furthermore, the hotel had shops and commercial services available, which was convenient for purchasing any essentials I needed. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I highly recommend this hotel.

It is only for business trip. Not for family. Nothing except nice and clean room. Tricky price for several staying careful for it. I reserved 200€. I paid 230€. Breakfast is justminimum. It is not 4 stars.. it is like 3 stars.

Great value for money. A comfortable and clean room with a big desk and soft pillows makes for a perfect stay. the minibar was a plus, and it had chilled soft drinks and water.

Location is a bit far from downtown, and it makes finding restaurants at night a challenge. the showerhead needed cleaning, as the water sprayed everywhere except on me.

I think that everything is said by the fact that we returned back in a week. :-)

Well designed with all modern facilities. Helpful staff. Free bar in room and buffet after work appreciated after a working day. Would definitely go again when next in Vicenza.

The room was spacious and comfortable, well-designed bathroom, herbal tea in the lobby, convenient location for business clients and conferences, friendly and professional staff, great environment for meetings.

Couldn't fault.

I liked room design. Internet was working well. The minibar is for free (but just water and coke inside).
